Welcome to TAWAZO Cafe & Grill. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, reservation services, dining experience, and private event facilities. We ask that you read them carefully before engaging with our services. Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, seamless experience — and these terms help us maintain the standards that define TAWAZO.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or dining at TAWAZO Cafe & Grill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Amendments
TAWAZO reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Reservations & Bookings
Reservation Policy
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of acknowledgement from TAWAZO. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for regular dining and a minimum of 72 hours for private hall events.
Cancellation Policy
For standard table reservations, we request a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellations. For private hall bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
We hold reservations for up to 15 minutes past the booked time. If you anticipate a delay, please notify us as soon as possible. TAWAZO reserves the right to release the table after the grace period.
Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more, a pre-order or set menu may be required. A deposit may be requested to secure large group reservations. Please contact us directly to discuss arrangements.
Private Hall & Events
Booking Confirmation
Private hall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking agreement and the required deposit. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of enquiry and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the event.
Capacity & Safety
The private hall has a maximum capacity as specified at the time of booking. TAWAZO reserves the right to refuse entry or request guests to leave if capacity limits are exceeded or if the safety and comfort of other guests is compromised.
Décor & External Vendors
Any external décor, entertainment, or vendor arrangements must be pre-approved by TAWAZO management. We are not responsible for any damage caused by external vendors. All décor must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Damage & Liability
The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to TAWAZO property during the event. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the booking party.
Dining & Service
Menu & Pricing
Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. TAWAZO reserves the right to substitute menu items in the event of ingredient unavailability.
Dietary Requirements
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, TAWAZO cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies are advised to inform our staff prior to ordering. We accept no liability for reactions caused by undisclosed allergens.
Dress Code
TAWAZO maintains a smart-casual dress code. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who do not meet this standard. Formal attire is encouraged for special events.
Conduct
TAWAZO is committed to providing a welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or request guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or threatening to staff or other guests.

Permitted Use
Our website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent from TAWAZO.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date, TAWAZO makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change.

Photography & Social Media
Guests are welcome to photograph their dining experience for personal use and social media sharing. We kindly request that you tag us and credit TAWAZO. Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from management.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAWAZO Cafe & Grill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or reliance on any information provided herein.
Personal Belongings
TAWAZO accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto our premises. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
